You will need …
Ready Roll Pastry ( I know its not traditional but I like puff Pastry)
Mincemeat jar
Icing sugar to dusting the top
soft cheese Philadelphia (added extra)
- Cut circles out of the pastry, big enough to cover a cupcake baking tray.
- Fill with mincemeat (and a teaspoon of philadelphia if you like)
- Cut stars to cover the top, brush with milk.
- Bake for 15 min on 180C
- Dust with icing sugar and enjoy….
